2019 MENTORING
PROGRAMME

For our 2019 mentoring programme we were looking for young people (14–25) who were interested in finding out about different job roles in the music industry.

​

We had 15 places available to shadow professionals both on the day of the festival (Saturday 6 April), as well as on a day in the run up (Wednesday 3 April), giving an insight into the many roles involved in live music outside of performance, as well as valuable work experience.
